Yvonne Riley

Yvonne is currently in the West End hit, CALENDAR GIRLS at the Noel Coward Theatre. A versatile character actress and singer her work spans stage, television, film and all manner of roleplay and corporate events. Her TV work includes the controversial drama/documentary, THE GOVERNMENT INSPECTOR and she also worked with Peter Kominsky on THE PROJECT for the BBC. She has also been seen in popular series such as THE INSPECTOR LYNLEY MYSTERIES, LONDON'S BURNING and, of course, THE BILL as well as THE QUEEN'S NOSE and CHERISHED among many others. On film she was in Kenneth Branagh's LOVE'S LABOURS LOST and Ken Loach's LADYBIRD, LADYBIRD. Her very varied stage includes Mrs. Peachum in THE BEGGARS' OPERA for ADG, Salka Viertal in TALES FROM HOLLYWOOD at the Donmar, EPITAPH FOR GEORGE DILLON in the West End and Edward Hall's production of FOR SERVICES RENDERED at the Watermill Theatre, Newbury.
