Tamsin Fessey

Tamsin is a versatile performer with vast experience in physical theatre. She trained at Lecoq in Paris and has worked as a performer and deviser with Philippe Genty company (Paris), Clod Ensemble, Platform 4 and Kaos Theatre. She is also a Co-Artistic Director of Angel Exit Theatre (www.angelexit.co.uk), having directed 2 and appeared in all 5 of their shows. Tamsin is an Artistic Associate of Northampton Theatre Royal and has performed in 4 shows there (Starseeker, Firebrand, Wish Wash and Through the Wardrobe). This year she has delved into the world of opera, playing Iona for the Dutch National touring opera in Wake written by David Mitchell, and she also worked on the development of a new Harrison Birtwistle opera. She is preparing the role of Lady Macbeth for Platform 4 which is expected to tour the UK in Autumn 2011.
