Rosie spent the summer on tour in MOTHER SWEETAPPLE, a poetic story set in medieval Italy, her third tour with the Rude Mechanicals, Britain's foremost commedia company. Previously she toured with them in THE GOLD RUSH and, last summer, NOAH BABEL'S ARK. Recent work also includes I AM A SUPERHERO, a new play produced as part of the Old Vic/New Voices scheme at Theatre 503 in London. Trained at Rose Bruford’s, her versatility and Anglo-Irish background have led her to a wide range of roles. From Bagheera in THE JUNGLE BOOK to Lady Capulet in ROMEO & JULIET is quite a big leap! Her Irish brogue was put to good use playing Miriam in Charles Way’s IN THE BLEAK MIDWINTER at Farnham Maltings and last Christmas she enjoyed working in another of Charles Way's scripts, SLEEPING BEAUTY at the Dukes Theatre, Lancaster. This year she's at Farnham Maltings and on tour in MIRACLE ON 34th. STREET.
