Tom has just finished a tour with Sixth Sense Theatre Company in FIRST THE WORST, SECOND THE BEST. He spent Christmas as an Elf at the lovely new Rose Theatre in Kingston in THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS after touring in Brendan Murray's HOW HIGH IS UP? Tom is nothing if not versatile!.An exceptional, dance-trained, physical theatre performer, mime, pupeteer, improviser and all-round excellent actor he has one of the most expressive faces you'll ever see on a stage. An Irishman (from Waterford) he has worked extensively in Dublin at the Gate and the Crypt, Derry (the Playhouse) and Cork (the Everyman). Tom has toured throughout Ireland and the UK with Kabosh, Grafitti and the Rude Mechanicals. Since moving to London, he has worked at the Arcola (MUD), Riverside Studios (JARMAN GARDEN) and for Horla Theatre Company in their gruesome retelling of GRIMMS. The Rude Mechanicals is the UK's only dedicated commedia company and Tom has toured regularly with their wonderful outdoor shows including THE FAIRY QUEEN, THE GOLD RUSH and FIVE GET FAMOUS. This summer he is back on the road in whiteface make-up in their new show, MOTHER SWEETAPPLE.
